Refunds & Returns

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

We value your satisfaction and aim to facilitate hassle-free returns within our 30-day return window. Please review the following guidelines for a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned product.

Initiating a Return:

  • To begin your return process, please contact support@wonderfold.com
  • For €10 in Germany, €20 in the EU and €35 outside the EU, we will send you a return label.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers without return labels are responsible for return shipping costs by themselves 
  • Refusal of package upon delivery or rerouting mid-shipment will incur return label fees.

Return Deadline:

  • All returns must be shipped within 10 calendar days from receiving the return label.

Restocking Fees:

  • Restocking fees are applied based on the condition of returned items:
    • Wagons:
      • 10%: Wheels show use or packaging missing
      • 20%: Any part of the stroller wagon is dirty upon return
      • 50%: Missing or damaged parts
    • Accessories:
      • 20%: Accessory shows use or packaging missing
      • 50%: Missing or damaged parts

Unacceptable Returns:

  • Returns with intentional damage or not in compliance with our policy will not be refunded.
  • Unauthorized returns incur a 50% fee per item deducted from the total refund.
